However, due to the nature of things, students’ lives are more prone to be affected by their teachers’ influence than the other way round. For this reason, teachers should always use their power and authority wisely. Due to the great responsibility that they have in relation to the students that they do not only formally teach, but also attempt to perfect, it is utterly important for teachers to be aware of the narcissistictendencies humans share.
