Although plane chest radiography were normal, echocardiography sh <b>Noor Mohamad Noori</b> owed an abnormal mass that compressed the posterior wall of the left ventricle. The mass was extrinsic and confined to the pericardium. After a midsternotomy, a huge cyst was found and was totally excised.
