Description
Summary:Security challenges of nowadays which are manifested through terrorist attacks, armed conflicts, economic and armed warfare, lead to great population migrations from the vulnerable areas. To successfully manage migrations and other crises, it is necessary to integrate new knowledge along with constant changes in skill profiles, qualifications and experiences. The skill lack of people employed in government and non-government agencies for crisis management, as well as their incompatibility and inflexibility, can lead to unwanted events. Lifelong education programs of higher education institutions have become an everyday practice in many European, and world universities. The goal of such acyclic academic programs is the exchange of knowledge and experience through the organization of special programs, or courses, in different areas in cooperation with various faculties and universities.
