Capitalisme périphérique et question urbaine : le cas des villes polonaises
The ground rent plays an important role in the transformation of Polish cities in the post-socialist period. Developers have appeared among the most important actors in the production of space. As a result, we witness space privatization and spatial-social polarization in the Polish cities.
