| Summary: | Nowadays a number of countries are facing problems of introduction of informative technologies (IT) in the life of people. These problems are not only of technical nature but they are also philosophical. While creating qualitatively new social formation that is an informative society there are some difficulties in human adaptation and positive perception of state-of-the-art electronic innovations. There is also necessity to have a normative and legislative mechanism to regulate communicative aspects. The important role in realization of the ideas is played by the State. |
