To promote critical thinking skills problem solving skills and creative skills for learners which can be applied to social studies learning. There are 5 steps include Step 1 Presentation of problems. Step 2 Setting up issues in groups. Step 3 Information seeking. Step 4 Presentation. and Step 5 Concluding. Which social studies teachers need to use a variety of strategies and techniques. To stimulate the brain of the learner. which leads to more effective learning.
