The constant growth of “people’s health” financing from the territorial budget is shown. The article presents the mechanism of the territorial medicine transition from the travelling system to the stationary one and provides examples of the territorial doctors’ scientific trips to European clinics in order to improve skills and use modern technologies and methods of treatment.
