Summary:The purpose of the study is improving the individualization of training freestyle wrestlers through the use of effective competitive combinations. Proposed by the authors methods of individualization of training young fighters, considering the psychomotor data, motor benefits and the "Crown's" combinations is based on situational modelling of competitive combinations and specific style of fight. Successful combination of young fighters’ attacking style includes offensive maneuvering, power performance, intelligence and deceptive combinations, using shvungs, grabs and throws in a rack, implementation of individual driving style of the match. Fighters’ counterattacking style is characterized by the following effective combination of maneuvering, blocking and advanced combinations and throws in front flips on the ground, the individual driving style of fight, improvements in combinations of conventional and competitive duels. In the course of pedagogical experiment the effectiveness of the proposed method has been proved. It has been found out that implementation of different combinations of techniques enhances the effectiveness of sports training of young freestyle fighters. The individual technical and tactical training of young freestyle wrestlers based on competitive productive combinations increases the effectiveness of their performance in the competition.
