The incidence of chyluria in pregnancy is not uncommon in endemic regions. The literature pertaining tomedical management of chyluria in pregnancy is scant. The antifilarial drugs have potential teratogenic risk and are not recommended in pregnant patients. Hence, there is a management dilemma for managing patients with chyluria during pregnancy.
