It can be noticed that the elements of the vocation, professionalization and instability, which contribute to identity formation are not exclusionary, but seems to be articulated in the processes of search for identity by teachers. The interviewees and the specialized bibliography still reinforce the idea that higher education will guarantee the group of teachers from the early years of elementary school the right tools to break the poor working conditions and the growing loss of autonomy, enhancing the appearance of professionalization.http://e-revista.unioeste.br/index.php/travessias/article/view/3616educação e trabalhoformação docenteprofissionalização.
