Nutritional status was assessed using body mass index (BMI) as a ratio of height and weight of respondents. The univariate analysis of variance (ANOVA) was applied for the analysis the differences between respondents in terms of nutritional status. These results clearly indicate that there is a statistically significant difference (p = 0.05) between the young basketball players in terms of their nutritional status.
