Surgery is one of the most important stages of treatment in such patients. Understanding of individual anatomical variants of the renal arteries plays an important role in the removal of kidney stones, because surgical approach depends on the presence and location of additional vessels. In this retrospective study, we analyzed the frequency of different variants of renal artery structure in 152 patients who had undergone computed tomography of the kidneys between March 2018 and March 2019 at the IDK clinical hospital. In 92 out of 302 kidneys assessed (30.3%), we found different variants of additional renal arteries. In three kidneys, we found 2 additional renal arteries. In 55 cases (59.8%), additional arteries were found in the left kidney.https://vestnik.reaviz.ru/jour/article/view/50additional renal arteries, variants of kidney anatomy, computed tomography
