The motive force of modern transformation processes have been analysed. The "joint integrational development" term has been introduced into scientific circulation. The conceptual approaches to competitiveness study have been defined. The scientific workouts concerning the competitiveness factors have been generalized. The universal author's model of competitiveness basing on the principles of distinguishing between material and social factors, which form the synergetic fields while irteracting, has been formulated. The inner character and current configuration of global market have been analysed, global strategies of transnational corporations have been proved and the main aspects of world countries’ competitive development have been studied. The main imperatives of competitiveness from the standpoint of modern globalization tendencies have been proved. The lines of improving the paradigm construction of global competitiveness have been generalized. The processes of system-defined cooperation of countries from the standpoint of global competitiveness have been analyzed. The factor analysis of competitive status of South-East Asia economic systems of macro-, meta- and megalevels in global economic system has been held; regional and nation-wide aspects of competitiveness factor modelling have been defined.
