Summary:This article aims to investigate the productions on the remuneration of K-12 teachers in the period 2010 to 2015. The data base was formed by the theses bank of the Education Graduate Program of Universidade Federal do Pará (PPGED/UFPA), the bank of dissertations and theses of the Coordination for the Improvement of Higher Education Personnel (CAPES) and the proceedings of the Associação Nacional de Pós-Graduação e Pesquisa em Educação (ANPED). The work is characterized as a state of the art. We conclude that the studies on the teachers’ remuneration has grown in recent years because we observe the concern of scholars in showing that there is a great debate concerning the effectiveness of recently implemented public policies.
