Summary:Cystic dilatation of bulbourethral gland ducts (Cowper’s gland syringocele) is a rare abnormality. The condition has been described among pediatric populations, but it is uncommon in adults. It can be asymptomatic or present with obstructive and irritative urinary symptoms.
