| Summary: | In article investigated and analyzed the activities of public associations that is particularly relevant in Ukraine in the last decade. Also defined feature of civil status on the basis of analysis of the current legislation in Ukraine. It must be noted that in recent years the processes of Association of citizens in public enterprises more consistently transformed in the process of formation of civil society in Ukraine. The authors have made emphasis on the fact that public organizations have a special influence on the development of society in Ukraine. Analyzed the new Law of Ukraine "On public associations" and identifies its advantages and disadvantages over the previous law. The analysis of activity of public associations indicates their significant role in the state. The authors noted that providing national security is a matter not only of public authorities but also the whole society and each citizen. |
