Sample size 1000 women. RESULTS:    Out of 1000 women 74.4% were not using any family planning method and 26.6% were using contraception. Mean age was 25-35 years. Most of patients were poor (73.8%) illiterate (74.4%), coitus interrupts was more common method (35.51%). 60.9% women were using family planning. Due to husband's advise. There was lack of proper knowledge regarding contraceptive methods. CONCLUSION: Majority of women under study were not suing any family planning method. Those who were using It without proper knowledge and awareness. KEY WORDS: Contraception, KAP, Birth control, family planning.https://www.kmuj.kmu.edu.pk/article/view/15027
