Radiologically our primary diagnosis was malignant gastrointestinal stromal tumor, however, histopathological evaluation turned out to be a small bowel undifferentiated pleomorphic sarcoma. Considering the multiplicity of lesion and early distant metastasis radiologist should also consider sarcoma involving bowel as one of the differential diagnosis.
