In this paper, the design idea of Randomized HITS algorithm, combined with the fund flow characteristics of the personnel in the fund trading network , is used to study the key suspects. Based on the characteristics of the amount of funds and the frequency of transactions in the personnel relationship of the fund trading network, this paper expounds in detail how to construct the probability transfer matrix. In the end, the method is applied to a really case. From the final result, the algorithm can find the key suspects quickly from the large amount of fund trading data, improve the efficiency of information analysis.
