| Summary: | The journal Agronomia Colombiana shall maintain its A2 category in Publindex in accordance with Resolution 376 from Colciencias, which extends the category of journals until the new regulation of academic journals in Colombia is established. The new journal evaluation system will emphasis the citations received in prominent international bibliographic indices such as Scopus and Web of Science. Furthermore, the efforts to improve the international presence of Agronomia Colombiana have resulted in the journal being moved to the D2 group according to the classification carried out for Colombian journals by Ranking Rev-Sapiens (Sapiens Research Group). Other good news for our readers include the fact that our articles will be linked to the Family Farming Knowledge Platform (FAO). |
