Methods: A total of 160 enile patient with traumatic arthritis were selected and randomly divided into groups: the observation group (80 people) and the control group (80 people). The enile patient in the control group were treated with diclofenac sodium tablets and the patients in the observation group were treated with sodium hyaluronate and qizhengxiaotong plaster. Inflammatory on the base of diclofenac sodium tablets therapy. Free radicals related factors, inflammatory factors and osteogenesis related factors were compared before and after fifteen days therapy. Results: Before treatment, free radicals related factors, inflammatory factors and osteogenesis related factors of two groups had no statistically significant difference comparison. Free radicals related factors (NO, MDA), inflammatory factors (IL-1, MMP-3, TNF-α) and osteogenesis related factors (OPG, BPG) on the observation group treated with sodium hyaluronate and qizhengxiaotong plaster decreased significantly than before treatment (P<0.05). SOD on the observation group increased significantly than before treatment (P <0.05). The variation of CT was not obvious (P>0.05). Free radicals related factors (NO, MDA), inflammatory factors (IL-1, MMP-3, TNF-α) and osteogenesis related factors (CT) on the observation group decreased significantly than after treatment of the control group, SOD and osteogenesis related factors (OPG, BPG) increased significantly, comparative differences between groups exist statistical significance (P<0.05). Conclusions: Sodium hyaluronate combined with qizhengxiaotong plaster can perfect effectively free radicals related factors, inflammatory factors and osteogenesis related factors on enile patient traumatic arthritis, it has important clinical significance for traumatic arthritis. http://www.hnykdxxb.com/PDF/201621/17.pdfTraumatic arthritisSodium hyaluronateQizhengxiaotong plasterEnile patientCombination therapy
