In this context, there is a diversity of individual and collective actions on a local scale. The creation of projects aims to respond to the challenge of not only political, but also economic and socio-territorial marginalization. This dynamic of projects discuss the contours of a citizenship questioned by the protest dynamics of 2010 - 2011. Thus, the creation of associative and entrepreneurial projects is based on the promotion of local resources, and participates in reshaping the relationship between individuals and the national community, particularly through the affirmation of participation in a process of local development.
