Muhammmed (S.A.V) period began, and the Four Caliphs, Umayyads, Abbas peaks in the peak period. The caliphs showed considerable sensitivity in this regard and they also encouraged the statesmen and the rich people to build bimaristan. In addition to providing free service to patients, bimaristan also provided additional support such as bed, food, dress, financial support during the recovery period. Later bimaristanlar fixed, mobile, leprosy bimaristanlar, foreign bimaristanları divided into sections such as the construction as well as separate parts of men and women were made separately. Bimaristanlar as a place to serve patients as well as medical education and student training has been an institution. In addition, many libraries containing books were installed and served. In Bimarhane, doctors provided a good medical education and provided every opportunity to be sufficient in their profession. On the other hand, doctors working in bimar were not ordinary doctors and were subjected to a tough test in addition to their training. In addition, special budgets are reserved for doctors to have a certain standard of living. These studies in the field of medicine in the Islamic world have made significant contributions to the current medical science, and especially during the Crusades Europeans have also been able to benefit from this civilization.
