Description
Summary:Experimental L-NAME-induced pre-eclampsia model in rats was achieved by L-NAME administration from 14 to 20 pregnancy days. Blood pressure elevation, gestational proteinuria, placenta microcirculation impairing, vascular tone dysregulation, and L-norvaline (10 mg/kg) and conventional medications (methyldopa 0,086 mg/kg/day & amlodipine 0,5 mg/kg) result in the evident correction of the pathological changes in pre-eclampsia model. Despite good L-norvaline with conventional pre-eclampsia medications). This might be explained by different points of applications and allows to affect many different patho-genesis chains.
