In this paper the essential aspects of a superación strategy are presented, elaborated by the main author in their master thesis without defending, have more than enough educational technology for the educational agents of the municipal direction of Consolación del Sur that it seeks to perfect their professional acting in this thematic one. Their structure conforms it actions for the prosecution of: digital documents, electronic presentations and calculation leaves, in a first moment. Then actions of an interactive course are included in the platform Moodle to supplement the superación of these agents that it responds to the education format at distance, semipresencial.
