Description
Summary:The normal day-to-day work of mental health nurses is limited by the environmental area where they work, by the local and national regulations which rule mental health care and by the development of psychiatric nursing and general nursing rules themselves. Certain possibilities of taking action in the normal day-to-day work are here described. This work suggests a proposal for an attitudinal change in the nursing body which will promote a link with the mental health profession in the community, improving their self-consciousness as professionals.
