Promising course in struggle against inappropriate antibiotics usage and their side-effects is usage of ecoantibiotics. Clinical efficacy of ecoantibiotics is confirmed by the conclusion on bioequivalence to the original representative of antibiotics according to antimicrobial activity. Besides, in conjunction with high level of safety it makes it possible to expect, that this new medicinal group will have good prospects in pediatric practice.
