Description
Summary:Large office building energy consumption in China is several times that of ordinary buildings. Therefore, it is necessary to study the characteristics of large office buildings to determine their energy consumption situations and the important factors affecting their energy consumption. Using typical public buildings in Severe Cold and Cold Region as examples, this work will analyze and study the energy consumption situation and influencing factors of office building energy consumption using an orthogonal experimental method. In this article, the basic information and energy consumption data of 56 typical office buildings in Beijing, Tianjin, Dalian, Ji’nan, and Harbin are discussed, including 19 non-government office buildings and 37 government office buildings. According to the investigation data, the energy consumption situation and some energy consumption influencing factors are analyzed using software such as SPSS20.0. Through an orthogonal experiment, the author selects the exterior walls of the buildings’ heat transfer coefficient, the heat transfer coefficient of the external windows, the lighting equipment, the power density, and the power density of the air-conditioning system as the five factors that have the greatest impact on building energy consumption for further analysis and study. The simulation software eQUEST is employed in the study. Finally, energy saving measures are developed according to the results of the analysis and study.
