Summary:This paper describes the construction of structural ontological data systems model in the process of data integration. The usage of ontologies in the context of improving the process of dynamic semantic data integration has been characterized. The algorithm of constructing of structural ontological data integrated systems model has been designed. This algorithm is based on the rules of using and application of ontological modeling. The algorithm as a sequence of five steps describing tasks for each of them has been presented.
