A method for determining the economic efficiency of the implementation of an automated design system, as well as indicators and criteria for assessing the economic efficiency of the implementation of an information system in the reengineering of business processes. The main examples of quantitative indicators are considered, in particular: process indicators, product (service) indicators and consumer and stakeholder satisfaction indicators. In the course of the research, recommendations were developed for the creation of a generalized system of indicators for assessing the business processes of enterprises and organizations, regardless of their field of activity.https://www.shs-conferences.org/articles/shsconf/pdf/2021/11/shsconf_iscsai2021_01019.pdf
