The dynamic of endothelial cells (EC) ultrastuktural changes during the storage, decrease of endothelial cells density, percentage of hexagonal-shape cells, average area and electronic microscopy were analised. Tissue-specific regulatory corneal peptides exhibited clear protective effect on ultra structure of grafts’ endothelial cells during the preservation, increase density cell-cell contact, prolong term of organ culture (till 16 days) and cold storage (till 9 days).https://journal.transpl.ru/vtio/article/view/117cornea endothelium cells, corneal graft, cytoplasm peptides, regulatory peptides, cornea preservation.
