International trends aim to categorize tracks according to technical parameters and parameters based on shipment time, as well as many others. The existence of different opinions on the amount and way to charge fees for railway infrastructure have led the authors of this academic paper to create a plan for a system of charges to be derived from the current production factors as well as from a number of specific new factors used in countries neighboring the Czech Republic.https://ojs.cvut.cz/ojs/index.php/APP/article/view/4451 |
