The population of the study was 59 students who have completed the vocational training course within the scope of 3+1 Training Models in Banaz Vocational School. Out of 59 students, 59 of them participated in the study. Collected data was analyzed with SPSS, which is statistical analysis software. As a result of the study, it was determined that the students in the sample were significantly satisfied with the expectations of the vocational training courses of the 3+1 Training Model and satisfied in the professional sense. It was observed that the students who have successfully completed their vocational training know the sector they are studying and enhance their communication skills by experiencing the working life.
