Summary: | <span class="fontstyle0">This research aims to identify particles </span><span class="fontstyle2"><em>ge </em></span><span class="fontstyle0">and </span><span class="fontstyle2"><em>de </em></span><span class="fontstyle0">in post-verbal position when followed by descriptive expressions with Construction Grammar approach. These two particles are studies in separate constructions and these two constructions in which </span><em><span class="fontstyle2">ge </span></em><span class="fontstyle0">and </span><span class="fontstyle2"><em>de </em></span><span class="fontstyle0">occur show distinct syntactic behaviours as well as different semantic properties. Therefore, </span><span class="fontstyle2">ge </span><span class="fontstyle0">and </span><span class="fontstyle2"><em>de </em></span><span class="fontstyle0">do not have the same function in postverbal position because the constructions they construct are different.</span> |
