The results obtained are used to produce certain conclusions about direction of Russia's economy modern development for the purpose of its correspondence with innovation way of development declared at 2000 and to work out several general recommendations concerning main directions of state economic policy for the future.http://journals.rudn.ru/economics/article/view/12173
