Sobre Tantas Garopabas: A Construção do Discurso Turístico no Litoral Catarinense

O presente artigo historiciza a constru&ccedil;&atilde;o de alguns discursos produzidos desde fins da d&eacute;cada de 1960, para mun&iacute;cipio do litoral sul catarinense. This article seeks to historicize the construction of some discourses produced since the late 1960s for a municipality of this state's south coast. At this time, the rapid change of major cities associated with the repressive context of the years of the Civil-Military Dictatorship, fostered the search for spaces that could get away, somehow this reality. It is at this conjuncture that representations about Garopaba began to be produced from Porto Alegre, who talk about possible alternatives to Modernity or to the system, and they still are present within the imaginary produced over the city and helped it become one of the main tourist destinations of Santa Catarina</span><span lang="EN-US"></span></p>
