The authors also provide an overview of the provisions which regulate the liability of persons who, at the expense of police officials, abuse the constitutional right to complain. The authors' conclusion is that holistic legal regulation enables effective achievement of the rights to complain about the illegal actions of police officials. Here it is significant that, in checking the foundation for a complaint, public representatives are also included. The authors' suggestion is to prescribe by legal regulation the duties of the head of the Ministry of the Interior so that procedures can be instigated against police officials in whose work the commission has established that there have been violations of the law.http://hrcak.srce.hr/file/249469administrative controlthe policepolice officialscomplaintthe Republic of Serbia
