The authors identified the advantages of personnel logistics and proposed activities that can be used to assess the state of the personnel management system in a separate logistics system with the allocation of three blocks: the overall assessment of human resources; analysis of the activities and main functions of departments; evaluation of the implementation of key functions of personnel management.
