For estimation of a condition of vascular endothelium during the laser Doppler flowmetry added with ionoforetic tests, we calculated an coefficient of endothelial function. It is proved that ischemic heart disease accession at patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease significantly reduces activity of superoxiddismutase.
