Summary:Low-grade myofibroblastic sarcoma is a relatively recently-described neoplasm of the myofibroblasts having a predilection for the head and neck region. Ophthalmic involvement is extremely rare. Limbal involvement has not yet been documented in the literature. We describe one such case involving the limbus of a 48-year-old Asian male.
