The results show that Chinese FDI has a positive but very weak effect on the economic growth rate of the SSA countries. Indeed, it is very oriented towards the raw material extraction sectors (mining, wood and mining...) which create less local employment and do not allow real technology transfer, despite the creation of some joint ventures and joint ventures between Chinese companies and local firms in African countries.https://revues.imist.ma/index.php/REGS/article/view/22422decentralization, allocative efficiency, basic social services, cameroon, mmg. classification jel : f, o, q43.
