Description
Summary:This study applies the theory of planned behaviour to a university’s selection process. Within the structural equation modelling a measurement model is defined for two types of universities - economic and technical. Furthermore, it is examined whether the designed manifest variables determine the latent variables featured in the theory of planned behaviour, namely the attitudes toward the behaviour, subjective norm, and perceived behavioural control. Based on the values of standardized regression coefficients for each of the factors, comparison between the students of economic and technical faculties was carried out.
