This problem concerns people who have partially or completely not coinciding personal details. In represented work the new method and algorithm for such people identification are elaborated. This method is based on fuzzy comparison and on the metrics of Levenshtein. The algorithm, developed in the form of Data Mining process, allows defining people quickly according to earlier carried out search. The built-in system of personal details priority gives the opportunity to identify person in such cases as changing of surname, name, moving, mistakes from manual data input and if personal details are partially absent also.
