The metaphor of CAS (Complex Adaptive Systems) allows us to understand and extend the concept of agents to any being or intelligent tool able to sustain a dialogue capable to promote emergencies, that is, new stuff that concerns to the global system composed by students, teachers, technological environment and institutions, and can not be reduced to any individual part of this cognitive ecology system.
