Most Successful Multilevel Networks: Analysis for the Efficient initial decision-making

<p>Currently the multilevel networks have had an enormous growing inside the global market, so it is important to have the ability for choosing the optimal decisions. In this paper, a local multilevel network has been studied with the aim to establish the best strategic decisions for maximizing its profits. The modeling with systems dynamics and the analysis with design of experiments let us to determine that the most efficient strategies, for this network, are: Invest more resources to find new customers instead of attaching new affiliates, and establish a big initial investment in some of the principal products to commercialize.</p>
