Description
Summary:The time-delay estimation (TDE) arises in many applications, especially in radar signal processing. In this study, different TDE techniques are considered based on well-known approaches such as classical matched filter, multiple signal classification, standard least squares (LS), regularisation LS, and compressive sensing for the radar signal. In order to understand the particular behaviour of each technique, comparisons by theoretical analysis and numerical simulations are made. Then some brief conclusions can be obtained from simulation results. Finally, associated with primary factors, future research is prospected on the TDE problem.
