A total of 58 professionals participated, and the data collection was from April to May 2016 through focus groups. The data were submitted to the thematic analysis of content with the aid of the ATLAS.ti 6.2 software. Results: Three thematic categories emerged from the content analysis: Understanding about the record of Psychosocial Care Centers procedures; Management of the record tools of Psychosocial Care Centers procedures; and Intervening factors for recording Psychosocial Care Centers procedures.
