Summary:The article studies the problems of the economic globalization, the basis of the origin and a rapid development of global capital market, it also emphasizes the main motive force of this phenomenon such as transnational corporations (TNC). It highlights the negative consequences of this process and analyzes how they are used by transnational criminal organizations. The characteristics of these criminal groups are briefly stated. Furthermore the measures taken by the international community under the United Nations in order to prevent and stop these crimes are emphasized in the article.
