The X-Ray Diffraction technique was utilized in order to characterize the crystalline structure evolution depending on the milling time. The Fe40Al alloy with a body centered cubic crystal structure was formed at 20 h of milling time. Besides, this alloy acquired a disordered crystal structure with a Nano metric grain size.
