Summary: | In this study, we focus on the different mediators of cancer prevention with a particular analysis of the League’s players and its partnership with the Toulouse Financial Center (Post office’s Group). Through it, we assess the info-communication devices and a necessary communication actions readjustment. Our action research therefore allows us to highlight two new mediators, the occupational health nurse and the social worker, who in turn create in cascade and through several distinct groups of collaborators, mediations of health and well-being. The objective here is to communicate and get people to communicate on the need to adopt responsible attitudes as part of primary prevention of breast cancer. Finally, the article also highlights the limits of action research, in particular the posture of the researcher-practitioner, as well as primary breast cancer prevention campaigns
